Regardless of product availability and except for exceptional circumstances, such as busy periods, we will try to ship your order before the date indicated in the “Delivery Confirmation”. If there is no specified delivery date, within an estimated deadline, which is indicated when you select the delivery method and, in any case, within a maximum period of X days from the date of the “Order Confirmation”. However, there may be delays for reasons such as the occurrence of unforeseen circumstances or the delivery area.
If for any reason we are unable to meet the delivery date, we will inform you of that situation and set a new delivery date.
